We are very happy to fit the carpets that you have acquired from elsewhere and didn’t buy from us. They might be new carpets that you have bought online, or perhaps the carpets you already have down at home might be in need of some small remedial re-fitting and/or repair work.
We don’t fit vinyl, Lino or wooden floors and we are not interested in that type of flooring work.
Theo and I are carpet specialists. We fit and repair carpets and only carpets throughout Oxfordshire and parts of Buckinghamshire.
Even the tiniest of carpet fitting/repair jobs are welcomed by us, as we can easily fit them in around larger jobs within your area.
Buying carpets on line is a great way to cut out the middle man, as most as most carpets nowdays can be found online for about half their cost on the high street. End of rolls and remnants are particular bargains on-line.
Then of course you will need to find an independent freelance carpet fitter to help you with installing them.
This is exactly where my son Theo and I come in.
I have been in the carpet fitting trade for over 45 years. Sadly, I am not getting any younger! Now in my mid sixties, I rely on Theo ( A big strapping 20 year old ) to provide the muscle that I once had. With my experience and his brawn we can deal effectively with most jobs.
We don’ t just lay new carpets.
Unlike the majority of carpet fitters who only seem to want to work fitting brand new carpets, Theo and I are very happy to help you with any re-laying or carpet repair issues that you may have with the carpets that you already have fitted in your home.
Have you had new bedroom furniture installed and been left with the carpet rolled back and now needing to be cut and relaid around them?
If your carpets have been taken up for building or decoration work and need to be properly relaid then call us even if it is just a small relaying job.
Then they need to be taken up stretched and tightened.
We do a lot of these types of jobs all over Oxfordshire. For more information have a look at our carpet stretching page.
